Remembering and Honoring Our Heroes This Memorial Day
In observance of Memorial Day, Hillery T. Broadous Elementary will be closed on Monday, May 25th.
As we head into the long weekend, our school community pauses to remember and reflect on the true meaning of this day. Memorial Day is a time to honor the brave servicemen and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. We owe a profound debt of gratitude to these heroes and their families, and we encourage our students to take a moment this weekend to appreciate the freedoms we enjoy because of their courage.
